Trevor Herbert – MD & Building Division Director

Trevor founded Smile Maintenance after running a building company and working extensively with dental practices. The company was set up after identifying the lack of a full service provider within the industry.

His experience of running a building company for over 20 years has been invaluable.

Whether small extensions, barn complexes, multi-story high quality flats and one off bespoke architect designed properties, Trevor’s experience spans a wide variety of property types and many in the dental sector.

Creating a dedicated building, maintenance and dental equipment company for the dental industry was a natural progression for Trevor and the opportunity for him to use his expertise to the full.


Belinda Harper – Office Manager

Belinda has been with Smile Maintenance from its conception and has set up all the office procedures, recording, scheduling and monitoring. All staff rely on Belinda who oversees a comprehensive administration back-up service and ensures project managers and engineers have all that they need for every task.

Keeping all the staff and customers informed is a major part of Belinda's role.


Neil Carter - Contracts Manager

Neil joined Smile Maintenance in May 2013 and his extensive knowledge and experience of the construction industry, particularly maintenance and refurbishment, has proved invaluable.  He will see a project through from conception to finish, ensuring that there is minimum disruption to the client.
